GATA-1 (D52H6) XP^® Rabbit mAb兔单抗 (PE偶联)能识别内源性的总GATA-1蛋白。单克隆抗体由合成肽段免疫动物产生，该肽段与人TRIM33蛋白Glu13邻近的氨基酸残基序列一致。Cell Signaling Technology公司抗体偶联藻红蛋白（PE）并经对人类细胞进行直接流式细胞免疫荧光分析进行检测。抗体预期和未偶联的GATA-1 (D52H6) XP^® Rabbit mAb #3535显示同样的物种交叉反应。GATA蛋白含有一组含有保守的锌指DNA结合结构域的转录因子，能够直接和核心元件GATA核苷酸序列结合(1-3)。共有六种脊椎动物GATA蛋白，GATA-1到GATA-6(3)。

Description

This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated GATA-1 (D52H6) XP^® Rabbit mAb #3535.

Background

GATA proteins comprise a group of transcription factors that are related by the presence of conserved zinc finger DNA binding domains, which bind directly to the nucleotide sequence core element GATA (1-3). There are six vertebrate GATA proteins, designated GATA-1 to GATA-6 (3).
