描述：

Reacts with e 165 kDa dhesion glycoprtein (Mac-1, integrin αM subnit) whic asociates with e 95kDa integrin β2(CD18) tofrm the

CD1b/CD18 complex. CD1b/Mac-1 isexpresd onactivated lymphocytes, moncytes, granulocytes, and asubet ofNK cels. CD1b

functions incel-cel and cel-subtrae interactions and as recptor for iC3b, CD54 (ICAM-1), CD102 (ICAM-2) and CD50 (ICAM-3). This

antibody signficantly inhbits PMN agregation iresponse tofMLP.

This clone also cros-reacts with granulocytes, asubet ofperipheral bod lymphocytes and some moncytes ofbaon, and both resu and

cynomlgus macque monkeys. The distrbution lymphocytes and granulocytes ismilar tohat observd with peripheral bod from

normal human donrs. Ther are fwer CD1b-positve moncytes presnt ithe no-human primate blod than inormal human donr

samples

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed.
